This is my original Koi fish lamp shade pattern. IT WILL FIT ON AN ODYSSEY 20″ POPPY CONE FORM (T1531). Water lily (T1490), Daffodil (T1497) Art Nouveau (N201) This pattern will be MAILED, complete with 2 paper patterns and one polypropylene sheet to glue onto the existing form. Polypropylene is a plastic, like mylar, but white. It can easily be adhered to your Odyssey form with a spray adhesive and is virtually tear proof! It will not damage the original form and uses Tacky wax.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS PATTERN IS MADE TO FIT THE ODYSSEY T1531, T1490, T1497 and N201 ONLY!

THIS PATTERN WILL BE MAILED IN A TUBE TO PREVENT CREASING.
